Dear Mr. Knauss,

I am writing to inquire about the winter sport ski courses advertised recently in The Daily Mail. I have been skiing for many years and, if I may say, quite successfully, but now I feel I should experience a new challenge.

That is why I would like to take your snowboard course. Unfortunately I am not very confident about the choice of the level. I myself would, naturally, decide for the elementary level, but I know some people, who claim, that the beginner’s level would be a loss of time for a well-experience alpine skier. I would be very thankful to you, if you could advise me concerning this matter before deciding on it.

What is more, I would like you to send me your price list, with weekly prices per person. Also, I am wondering if the price for two weeks would be a simple double amount of the one week cost or is it possible to get a discount for such a prolongation. Another piece of information concerns the accommodation in the mountain huts. We should like to know whether linen, towels and cloths are available or should they be supplied by ourselves.


I look forward to receiving your reply within a week, or else I will consider the possibility to acquire an offer by another course supplier.
